Can you bring people together from separate photos?
Yes. Clear reference photos of each person and pet help us plan one composition. You do not need one perfect group photograph.
What photos should I choose?
Choose well-lit photos with clear faces and natural colors. Include additional references for pets, clothes or places that matter to the story.
Can I see the artwork before a physical piece is produced?
The approval steps and included revisions are stated in your quote. Confirm these details before placing your order.
Can it arrive in time for a gift?
Tell us your deadline and delivery destination before ordering. Artwork time and shipping time depend on your chosen format and availability.
What is the difference between a file, a print and an original?
A file is delivered electronically. A print reproduces the portrait on paper or canvas. An original is a physical drawing, oil painting or watercolor made by an artist.
How do I pay?
Digital portraits can currently be ordered through our Etsy listings. Physical formats and commercial artwork are quoted individually; online checkout for them is not connected in this preview.
Can I use a place illustration for my business?
Tell us the intended use: wall display, menu, packaging, merchandise or promotion. Deliverables and permitted commercial uses are agreed in the project quote.
